Sam was an awesome guy. He was early for the pickup and managed to easily load my colleagues boat and trailer on the flatbed truck and deliver it safely to the home through winding roads and hills. Fast, friendly and priced right. Thanks Sam!

  When I locked my keys out of my car I called around to get quotes from different places. They gave me the best quote out of everyone and were upfront about the total cost (No hidden fees or extra 'taxes'). Many of the other companies I called tried to give me a price and when I asked about any extra fees and what the grand total would come to it would end up being 20$ more. Another plus was that unlike the other companies they didn't pressure me into deciding and didn't try to bash their competitors with false claims to scare me into choosing them (one guy told me every other company charges fake taxes that increase your bill by 30$ without you knowing). However, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took them to get there. It took a half hour even though their shop is a 2 minute drive away from where I was. I couldn't give them 5 stars because of this, but I would've given 4.5 if that was an option because they handled it so well. When they arrived they were very professional and immediately apologized and gave me a 20% discount for having to wait in the rain (without me asking). I also have to note that they were both quite pleasant people which was nice. Despite the wait, I would definitely call them again if I ever need help again in this area. The professionalism they displayed and the way they handled it gave me the impression that unexpected wait times aren't the norm.

  My vehicle started suddenly having transmission issues. I called and was quoted 25 min. He arrived within 20. He was very professional,friendly and quick to work. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING A TOW FOR WHATEVER REASON

  I was so scared when my tire bolts were off my car. Nav made me feel comfortable and reassured. He recommended a tire place, but it was closed. He drove me to the closest one free of charge. I’m grateful for his knowledge
